Because our Gift Baskets are custom assembled, all sales are final except for defective products. Please report problems, damages or defects immediately via email. Shipping fees are non refundable. Should it be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately via email for a return address
SUBSTITUTIONS
In the infrequent event that a particular item for our gift baskets is out of stock, a substitution will be made of a similar product of equal or greater value.
